Obituary For William Franklin Creek

William Franklin Creek, 61, of Cole Camp, MO, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 at his home. He was born on August 17, 1957 in Independence, MO, the son of Frankie Lee Creek and Bonnie Nell Taylor, who preceded in death.

On November 1, 1979 in Oak Grove, MO, he was united in marriage to Laura Middleton, who survives of the home.

William loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them as well as his many beloved friends. He love the outdoors and enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and bird hunting. He loved his dogs, Chloe and Buddy. He also enjoyed camping, canoeing, trap shooting, and archery.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Jackson (Nolan) of Knob Noster, MO, and Emily Harding (Austin) of Windsor, MO; a brother, Dennis Creek; three sisters, Marsha Creek, Charlotte Chrisman, and Vicki Creek-Taylor; a grandson, Nolan Jackson III; and several nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Creek.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions many be made to Benton County Hospice or the Hope Lodge in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
