Wayne Olson

Wayne Lee Olson, 68, of Lincoln, MO passed away Monday, April 6, 2015 at his home. He was born on December 1, 1946 in Junction City, KS, a son of Walter and Edith (Edwards) Olson, who both preceded him in death. He was united in marriage to Teresa (Mayfield) Olson, who survives of the home. He enjoyed to travel and served his country honorably in the US Army during Vietnam. Besides his wife, he is survived by two children, Stacy Adkins (Ed) of Cole Camp and Russell Olson (Shannon) of Green Ridge; one brother, Edwin Olson (Pat) of Warsaw; three granddaughters and four great grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Glen Olson and one sister Jean Geromini. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 9, 2015 at MO Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville. Full military honors will be conducted at graveside.
