Tracey Lynn Phillips, 53, of Springfield, MO, formerly of Sedalia, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at her home in Springfield. She was born on June 22, 1967 in Sedalia, the daughter of Sonny Dotson and Janet McReynolds. She was later adopted and raised by Donald Wissman, who preceded her in death.
Tracey enjoyed going camping, going on float trips and last minute zoo trips. She was an fanatic Eeyore collector, loved her cat Myla and enjoyed having her fur grandbabies, Roxy and Sox. She loved grilling pork steaks and cooking holiday dinners for her family. Tracey looked forward to riding around with her twin and going to Sonic Drive In. Her favorite drink was a fuzzy navel and loved Reeses. Tracey especially loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her biological father, Sonny Dotson, she is survived three daughters, Abbie Phillips, Maranda Cross, and Mariah Cross all of Springfield; two sons, Taylor Wiseman and T.J. Wiseman (Chelsea) all of Sedalia; four sisters, Stacey Spratley, Lisa Statham, Wendy Wissman-Williams, and Megan Aylward; six grandchildren and many close nephews and nieces.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Heath (Moose) Wissman.
A graveside service and burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Duane Duchesne officiating.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Monday prior to graveside at Rea Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Andrew Collins, Isaiah Collins, Austin Collins, Zach Wissman, Rodney Jackson, and Dakota Spratley.
Honorary bearers will be Chance Spratley, Jonnie Dinger, and Kyle Wissman.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
