Timarie Lynne Mckinney

Timarie Lynne McKinney, 65, of Sedalia, MO, passed away quietly at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, April 28, 2022. On February 9, 1957, she was born in Wichita, KS, the daughter of Keith Anderson and Barbara (Lincicome) Anderson, who preceded her in death.

On May 27, 1978, in Kansas City, KS, she was united in marriage to Jeffrey McKinney, who resides in the home.

Jeff and Timarie began dating at 15 years old, their birthdays being one day apart. Jeff will always be the love of her life, and he worshiped the ground that she walked on for nearly 50 years.

Timarie was a rescuer of Pugs, big-footed cats, and numerous other furry friends. We would all be blessed to be one of her pets.

Along with her husband, she is survived by a sister, Tina Schroeder; a brother, Victor Ott; a nephew, Evan Partin; and nieces, Megan Park, Miranda Schroeder, and Courtney McKinney.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Scott Anderson; two nephews, Clayton Park and Dylan McKinney.

A Celebration of Life gathering for family and friends will be announced later.
