Teresa Morris

Teresa R. Morris, 46, of Collins, MO passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at her home. She was born on February 21, 1969 in Sedalia, MO the daughter of Jessie Southard, who preceded her in death and Barbara Cretcher, who survives of Sedalia.

Teresa was a homemaker and a 1988 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She enjoyed taking care of her pet animals. She was a member of the NRA, VFW Auxiliary of Appleton City, MO, life member of VFW National Home in Eaton Rapids, MI, DAV Auxiliary of Bolivar, MO, American Auxiliary at large, St. Clair County Historical Society, and founding member of Collins, MO Pie Festival Committee.

Besides her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Jennel Morris of Farmington; her companion of 15 years, Wade Harris of Collins; a brother, Ricky Southard, Leavenworth, KS and a sister, Misty Harvey.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on October 12, 2015 at the DAV Chapter 66 Building in Bolivar, MO.

A graveside committal service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Hopewell Cemetery, Sedalia.
