Shawna Marie Ivy

Shawna Marie Ivy, 28, of California, MO, formerly of Sedalia, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at her home in California, MO. She was born on June 15, 1990 in Sedalia, the daughter of Richard Byriad and Lisa D. (Heyer) Schultz, who reside in the home.

Shawna was a 2007 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She enjoyed playing bingo, watching soap operas and Wheel Of Fortune. Shawna was very outgoing and especially loved spending her time with her family and children.

In addition to her parents she is survived by two children, Jerry Mullins Jr. and Kaitlyn Marie Schultz of the home; a brother, Ricky Schultz of the home; maternal grandmother, Pauline Billingsley of Sedalia; her maternal great grandmother, Anita Heyer of Green Ridge, MO; her uncle Earl Billingsley and his wife Crystal of Sedalia; her two aunts, Patty Smith of Sedalia, and Tammy Stewart of Rich Hill, MO; a great aunt, Beverly Reedy of Sedalia.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather; and her fiance, Jake Randall.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Rev. Dan Hankins officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
