Obituary For Sharon Holloway

Sharon Elaine Holloway, 76, of San Antonio, TX (formerly of Sedalia, MO) passed away peacefully with family by her side on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at her home. She was born on September 16, 1941 in Trenton, MO the daughter of Francis Richard and Dale and Meredith (Farmsworth) Coy, who all have preceded her in death.

She retired from InterState Studio and attended First Baptist Church, Sedalia. Sharon was known for her easy going and sunny disposition. She was a big Elvis, Andy Griffith and Freddie Hart fan. She loved eating at Golden Corral, especially the cotton candy at the end. Sharon loved attending church and spending time with her family, she was a loving Mom, Grandma and friend to many. Sharon will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Felzien of San Antonio, TX, Gerrie Jackson of Clinton, MO and Kay Vieth (Roger) of Sedalia; two sisters, Sandy Blount (Fred) of Sedalia and Sue Gannon (Rick) of Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren, Stefanie Barlow (Seth), Amanda Brewer, Amy Thomas, Deric Vieth (Marissa) and Rachel Vieth; six great grandchildren, Caden Barlow, Willow Barlow, Alexis Sisemore, Taylor Brewer, Tyler Boatman, and Kelsey Thomas; and a very special friend for over 40 years, Wanda Ford.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernie Holloway.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 29, 2017 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Rev. Seth Barlow officiating.

Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Sedalia.

Pallbearers will be Deric Vieth, Tyler Boatman, Gavin Neth, Chris Mittenburg, Jack Richardson, and Mike Butterwick.

Memorial contributions may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
