Rebecca Slaughter

Rebecca Slaughter, 69, of Cole Camp, MO, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. She was born on February 20, 1954, in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of Richard Dickson and Neva (Grant) Dickson, who preceded her in death.

On November 24, 1982 in Altamonte Springs, FL, she was united in marriage to Nathan Eugene Slaughter, who preceded her in death on January 27, 2020.

Rebecca is survived by a son, Garrett Slaughter, of Odessa, MO; six grandchildren, Serenity, Chase, Addilyn, Taivon, Kora, and Brock; two sisters, Lynn Maylone (Kevin) of Florida and Lee Simpson (Edward) of Virginia.

Burial will be held at the Leavenworth National Cemetery, in Lansing, KS, at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
