Obituary For Ramona K. Bolade
Ramona K. Bolade, 61, of Sedalia, MO passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was born on August 10, 1959 in Plattsburg, NY the daughter of Raymond Booze Sr. and Dorothy (Frye) Booze, who preceded her in death.
Ramona attended Smith-Cotton High School in Sedalia and later moved to Columbia, MO where she spent most of her adult life. She was employed at Parkside Manor and her in home daycare "Luv-N-Hugs" in Columbia. Ramona enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandchildren, family and close friends, Diane Clark and Carrie Sims. She loved traveling and taking care of her cat "George".
Survivors include her two children, Ryan Booze (Harley) of Sedalia and Raechal Bolade of Columbia; three grandchildren, Ramon, Ryder, and Nora; three sisters, Constance Washington, Priscilla Barnett (Jamie) and Kim Rowles all of Sedalia; a brother, Raymond Booze, Jr. of Sedalia; her two sisters in Columbia, Dawn Richardson and Tara Stemmons (God Daughter, Storm); an aunt, Rose Madden of Kansas City, MO; an uncle, Harrison Frye (Lillian) of Sedalia; a step daughter, Ashley Buckner; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ramona will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Brinda Booze; a grandson, Giovanni Ray; two brothers-in-law, Maurice Washington and Joe Rowles.
A private family Celebration of Life service will be held at Freewill Baptist Church, Sedalia with Bishop Paul Jones officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in care Rea Funeral Chapel.
