Pamela Kay Chisholm, 67, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on March 12, 2025, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. She was born on September 7, 1957, in Kankakee, IL, the daughter of William Clarence Hopper and Connie June Rawlins, who preceded her in death.
Pam, a kind and gentle soul, lived the majority of her life in Yuba City, California, but moved to Missouri in 2021 to live closer to her daughter Jeccica and grandchildren. Pam enjoyed reading, country music, and watching movies and horse shows. She was obsessed with watching wrestling. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, and her family was the most important thing to her.
Pam was survived by four children, Mark Galloway, Katrina Chisholm, Steven Newman, and Jeccica Gunn; several grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two brothers, Gary Wayne Hopper and Timothy A. Hopper; two sisters, Theresa Parks and Rebecca Young, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Besides her parents, Pam was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Hopper.
A celebration of life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, MO, with Chaplain Chris Traffanstedt officiating.
The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
