Nina K. Scroggins

Nina K. Scroggins, 64, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at her home in Sedalia. She was born on September 13, 1959, in Paola, KS, the daughter of Charles A. Couchman Sr. and Dorothy A. (Walters) Couchman, who preceded her in death.

Nina worked as a ward clerk at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was also the Administrator of Bristol Manor in Lincoln, MO. In her earlier years, she worked as a Field Representative for Subway in Dallas, TX. Nina enjoyed doing crafts, going camping, baking, riding four-wheelers, and loved listening to music.

Survivors include two sons, Eric Wolfe and his wife Crystal of Warsaw and Keith Wolfe and his wife Tiffany of Sedalia; six grandchildren, Tommy, Matt, Tyler, Tayler, Kya, and Terri Lynn; four great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sonia Daniels, Tammy Havard, and Lisa Carter; a brother, Martin Couchman; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Nina was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Richard Couchman, and two sisters, Elizabeth (Becky) Bacon and Linda Willis.

The family will have a celebration of life gathering with family and friends at a later date.
