Nataliy Limanskiya

Nataliy Limanskiya 96, of Sedalia, MO passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at her home. She was born on March 10, 1925 in Belorusia, Elovets, Russia the daughter of Vasiliy and Evdokia Naprienkova, who preceded her in death.

In their family they had 2 brothers, and 3 sisters. Ivan, Mark, Anna, Natalya, and Shura. She had only finished 7 grades before the WWII started. In 1942, she was taken to Germany to work and in 1945, she returned home to Mariupol, where her sisters and mother lived. Before she arrived, her mother and sisters had found God, and she followed them into their new belief. During this time, she met Vasily Limanskiy, and married him on July 24, 1947. They were married for 70 years. In 1959, Nataliy got sick with tuberculosis while she was pregnant. At this time the doctors argued for her to get an abortion otherwise she would die. But the power of prayer, she was healed and gave birth to her son. She lived 62 more years. In 1962, Nataliy and Vasily’s parental rights were taken away, and attempted to take their children away, but God did not allow that to happen. In 1976, Nataliy and her family moved to Estoniya, city of Valga. In 1993, they moved Sacramento, CA. In 2016, they moved to Sedalia, MO.

Now they only have 2 sons and 2 daughters living; Nadia, Lyuba, Gregory, and Victor. Vera and Ivan have preceded them in death. They had 32 grandchildren and over 100 great -grandchildren. Nataliy loved God, participated in church, and opened her home to many other believers in Christ. She was a wonderful mother and wife. Till the end she remained a devoted Christian. We will always remember her with gratitude as a beloved mother, grandmother and best friend.

Funeral service will be held from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., Monday, May 3,2021 at Sedalia Tabernacle Church, Sedalia.

Burial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 3, 2021 at Sedalia Tabernacle Church, Sedalia.

Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia, MO.
