Naomi Eileen Lane

Naomi Eileen Lane, 83, of Sedalia, MO, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018 at The Essex in Sedalia. She was born on January 26, 1935 in Mound City, KS, the daughter of Charles and Nellie (Dasher) Masoner, who preceded her in death.

On June 19, 1955 in Sedalia, MO, she was united in marriage to Paul Edward Lane, who preceded her in death.

Naomi enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, quilting, and traveling. She especially loved going to the boat and spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. She retired from Waterloo Industries where she worked for a number of years.

Survivors include her four children, Paul Lane II, Steven Lane, Brenda Lane, and Annette Young (Jerry); six grandchildren, Matt Lane, Kortney Burge, Kristina Newsom, Jerry Young II, Stephanie Morey, and Kayla Thompson; and twelve great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, December 7, 2018 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, MO with Rev. Dan Hankins officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.

Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia, MO.

Pallbearers will be Paul Lane II, Steven Lane, Matt Lane, Jerry Young II, Damen Lane, and Kortney Burge.

Honorary bearers will be Wyatt Kidder, Jerry Young, Sr, Dusty Morey, Eric Thompson, and Cody Newsom.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
