Michel Thomas

Michel Earl Thomas, 61, of Warsaw, MO passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at St. Louis University Hospital. He was born on June 24, 1958 in Sedalia, MO the son of Earl and Geneva (Braden) Thomas.

On July 2, 1976 in Sedalia, he was united in marriage to Jackie Steele, who survives of the home.

Michel enjoyed hunting mushrooms, fishing, and boating. He loved playing Santa Clause for kids everywhere, especially in the hospitals. He enjoyed spending time at the lake with his family.

Besides his wife, survivors include three sons, James Thomas of Sedalia, Nick Thomas (Kristen) of Warsaw, Doug Thomas of Sedalia; two sisters, Kim Sanchez of Friendswood, TX, and Juli Thomas of Sedalia; and nine grandchildren, Kolby Thomas, Delaney Thomas, Emmy Thomas, Jaylyn Thomas, Jordyn Thomas, Journey Thomas, Kelsey Thomas, and Tyler Boatman.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Thomas and his grandparents, William and Fern Thomas.

A Memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Woodland Shores community building in Warsaw, MO.
