Madison Delaney Baloy, 26, of Tampa, FL, formerly of Sedalia, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at her home in Tampa, FL. She was born on September 28, 1997, in Lompoc, CA, the daughter of Nathan Baloy / Lucky Joe Talmage and Carissa Bree (Adams) Talmage, who reside in Sedalia.

She was engaged on March 6, 2023, to Louis Risher of Easton, MD. Madison and Louis were planning a November 2024 wedding ceremony. Louis resides in the home with their beloved fur baby, Binks, in Tampa, FL.

She went on to further her education at Salisbury University, Salisbury, MD, where she graduated in 2020 and received a BA in English with a concentration in Linguistics. After graduation, Madison found a career opportunity to teach kindergarten in Florida.

Madison was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where she was saved and baptized at the age of thirteen. She enjoyed all things Disney, going to theme parks, traveling, hiking, camping, cooking, baking, attending music festivals, and being a successful content creator on social media. Madison especially loved her role as a nanny caring for and developing the minds of children.

In addition to her parents and fiance, Madison is survived by a brother, Dylan Talmage of Sedalia; biological father, Nate Baloy, of Phoenix, AZ; maternal grandparents, Debbie Mickan (Rick) of Sedalia, and Walter "Doc" Adams (Joanne) of Orlando, FL; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Madison was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents Dorothy and Herbert "Hub" Petree.
