Obituary For Linda Lou Anderson
Linda Lou Anderson, 71, of Sedalia, MO passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was born on January 24, 1950 in Licking, MO the daughter of William Henry and Barbara Ellen (Walton) Blake, who preceded her in death.
On October 15, 1966, she was united in marriage to Gerald D. Martin, who resides in Baldwin, KS. On January 19, 1973 she was united in marriage to Michael D. Studt, who preceded her in death on May 8, 1994. On June 23, 1984 she was united in marriage to Charles R. Paxton, who preceded her in death on February 27, 1989.
Linda lived in Sedalia most of her life. She loved being outdoors, planting flowers and tomato plants. She enjoyed playing shuffleboard with her friends at the VFW and playing pool at The American Legion. Above all else, she treasured spending time with her children and grandchildren. Linda was a member of First Baptist Church, Mt. Vernon and the Moose Lodge #1242. She was a lifetime member of Ladies Aux. VFW Post 2591 and The American Legion Ladies Aux. Post 642.
She is survived by a her long time companion, Kenneth Ray, of Sedalia; a daughter, Melinda Von Morrison of Sedalia; two sons, Terry Martin (Amanda) of Lecompton, KS and Michael Studt (Jenny) of Sedalia; eight granddaughters, Cara (Peter), Lorraine, Jesse, Megan Sue, Chelsi, Arial (Cameron), Brianna (Dusty), and Alison; one grandson, Seth; nine great grandchildren; four sisters, Rosie Perryman, Flora Blake, Beryel Manual and Leona Misewinkle; and a brother, Bill Edward Garner.
In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenny Walters, Leroy Blake; a sister, Corann McKnight; a great granddaughter Kayden Irene Studt, and her baby dog, Cuddles.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2021 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Terry Martin officiating.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the chapel.
Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Sedalia, MO.
Pallbearers will be Michael D Studt, Terry D. Martin, Cameron Netz, Brantley Netz, Seth Martin, and Kenny Ray.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
