Linda Fay Miller, 66, of Green Ridge, MO passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at her home. She was born on September 30, 1953 in Sedalia, MO the daughter of Leonard C. and Beatrice (McPeak) Woolery, who preceded her in death.
On August 15, 1975 in Sedalia, MO she was united in marriage to John H. Miller, Jr. who survives of the home.
Linda loved being with her family and adored her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, crafting, and gardening. Linda also enjoyed making floral arrangements, and mint candies for weddings, and loved watching the Hallmark channel.
Besides her husband of forty-four years, survivors include a son, John Michael Rieves of Gladstone, MO; a daughter, Shauna Marie Thomas (Miller) of Lee's Summit, MO; a brother, Gene Woolery (Donna) of Sedalia; six grandchildren, Branden Rieves, Jared Rieves, Brittany Rieves, Hailey Thomas, Abigail Sedgwick, Charlotte Sedgwick; and a sister-in-law, Cathy Nichols (Ron) of Green Ridge.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 13, 2020 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia. with Rev. Dan Hankins officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral chapel. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia, MO.
Pallbearers will be Kent Sedgwick, Bobby Brown, Matt Mergen, Kent Scotten, Bryan Fisk, and Reed Mergen. Honorary bearers will be Cindy Birdwell and Roy Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the family for a memorial tribute to be placed in Green Ridge at a later date.
