Leroy was always a caring and giving man; both for his family and friends. He would do everything in his power to help others and was very quick with a smile and a greeting. I counted him as a good friend. Words cannot describe the sorrow and heartfelt loss those that knew him are feeling right now. My love, thoughts, and prayers go out to his family and fellow friends.
