Obituary For Leah Anna Ritzo

Leah Anna Ritzo, 57, of Sedalia, MO passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at her home in Sedalia. She was born on January 1, 1964 in Sedalia, the daughter of Lee Edward Tatum who resides in Sedalia and Judith (Meyer) Tatum, who preceded her in death.

On January 1, 1990 in Sedalia, she was united in marriage to James Anthony Ritzo, who resides in the home.

Leah was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Sedalia. She was confirmed on February 23, 1997 at Our Savior Lutheran Church. Leah was the 1st New Years baby in Sedalia in 1964. She attended school in Sedalia, MO and worked at Waterloo in Sedalia for 16 years. Leah enjoyed collecting Coca Cola memorabilia and camping. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and brought her much happiness.

In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by a son, Branden Tatum (Stephanie); a daughter, Bonnie Tatum; two step-sons, Steven Ritzo and Joshua Ritzo (Ashley); eight grandchildren, Triton, Teale, Kimbrough, Lanie, Oliver, Bryson, Kennedy, and Lucca; siblings, Penny Camirand (Richard), Rebecca Manuel, E. Lee Tatum, Kenny Tatum, Unique Grimes (Alex), and Randy Tatum; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by a brother in law, Paul Manuel and a great nephew.

There will be a memorial service held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
