Obituary For Kristain Jeanette Ford

Kristain Jeanette Ford, 37, of Knob Noster, MO passed away June 13, 2020 at her home. She was born on April 3, 1983 in Sedalia, MO the daughter of David Keele who preceded her in death and Jennifer A. Spencer who resides in Warsaw, MO.

On April 20, 2002 in Sedalia, MO she was united in marriage to Christopher L. Ford, who resides of the home.

Kristain worked as a Certified Nurses Aid and in customer Service in the Sedalia area throughout her life. She had a smile that would always light up a room. Kristain never met a stranger and was loved by all. Her heart was pure and her personality was unforgettable. Kristain took pride in her cooking and had a love of animals.

In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by two daughters, Keisha Ford of Sedalia and Kaija Ford of Sedalia; a son, Christopher Ford of the home; a sister, Margaret (Michelle) Keele of Sedalia; a brother-in-law, Shamakeith Taylor; two step brother, John and Robert Larimore, of Sedalia; her step mother, Ila Keele of Sedalia; a granddaughter, Na'Liyah Ward of Sedalia; her maternal grandmother, Wanda Spencer of Webb City, MO; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher David Albert Keele; maternal grandfather, David Spencer; paternal grandparents, William and Oma Keele; her paternal great grandparents, Sam and Ruth Battlia.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 22, 2020 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Rev. Candice Fowler officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

Burial will be at Mt. Herman Cemetery at a later date.

Pallbearers will be John Larimore, Shamakeith Taylor, John Sites, Diante Cobb, Darion Cobb and Pete White.

Honorary bearers will be Josh Shobe, Pam McNish, Benicia Jackson, Ieasha Hill, and Nastacia Poindexter.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
