Kenneth Arnold Mahalovich, 72, of Lincoln, MO passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at his home. He was born on February 5, 1949 in Sedalia, MO the son of Frank Mahalovich and Lillian Lucille (Ellis) Mahalovich, who preceded him in death.
On July 1, 1982, he was united in marriage to Dorothy A. Twenter, who preceded him in death. On June 7, 1985, in Miami, OK he was united in marriage to Alberta Jo Mahalovich, who preceded him in death on June 22, 2005.
Kenny was a transmission auto mechanic. He owned and operated 17 Acre Auto and A&K Five Speed Transmission. Kenny enjoyed being outdoors, fishing and especially loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include two sons, Brian Mahalovich (Julie) and Brandon Mahalovich both of Sedalia; three daughters, Kena Butz (Casey) of Plainfield, IN, Keri Barnes of Lee's Summit, MO, and Alberta (Allie) Mahalovich of Lincoln, MO; a brother, Frank Mahalovich of Sedalia; a sister, Sylvia Knapp of Sedalia; eight grandchildren, Maggi, Molli, Matthew, Myah, Hunter, Keely, Zachary, and KJay; four step-children, Cathy Geotz, Julia Rymer, Bobby Bishop, and Freddie Curry, Jr.
In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Louise Mahalovich; his step-mother, Dorothy Carter; a step-son Steven Bryan Bishop, Jr.
A Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2021, at Hopewell Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Harper officiating.
Family will receive friends at the church, from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hopewell Cemetery Association in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
