Kennadean Flora Long

Kennadean Flora Long (Snyder), 80, of Lincoln, MO formerly of Green Ridge, MO passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Good Samaritan Care Center in Cole Camp, MO. She was born on April 3, 1941 in Sedalia, MO the daughter of Kenneth Schrader and Flora (Esser) Schrader, who preceded her in death.

On September 16, 1989 in Lakeview Heights, Lincoln, MO she was united in marriage to William A. Long, who resides in the home. In 1958 she was united in marriage to Clifford Snyder, who preceded her in death in 1986.

Kennadean worked for Rival Manufacturing for many years, cleaned homes on the side, and babysat for most everyone in Green Ridge and loved them all as her own. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially loved spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband she is survived by five children, Eugene Snyder (Rhonda) of Lincoln, Gary Snyder (Pamela) of Sedalia, Robert Snyder (Eve) of Lincoln, Sharon K. Moore (Kenneth) of Sedalia, and Karen DelaCruz (Nolly) of Sedalia; 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; two brothers, Eldred Schrader of Pennsylvania and Kenneth Schrader, Jr. of California; two sisters, Val Luper (Dick) of Sedalia and Della Waterfield of Sedalia.

In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark Allen Snyder; a sister, Joy Nolting; two grandsons, Brandon Schneider and Michael Eugene Snyder.

A graveside service and burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 19, 2021 at High Point Cemetery Hughesville, MO with Pastor Ed Spencer, Jr. officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Pallbearers will be Anthony Snyder, Nathan Snyder, Travis Snyder, Lyle Moore, Troy Schneider, and Josh DelaCruz.

Honorary bearers will be Adam Snyder, Cody Swope, Nick Swope, Heather Snyder, Nola Davis, Kelly Swope, and Nikki Fockler.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
