Justine Rose Schlons

Justine Rose Schlons, 40, of Sedalia, MO passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, at University Hospital in Columbia, MO. She was born on July 13, 1981 in Enid, OK the daughter of Dusty McKinney who preceded her in death and Linda (Holt) McKinney, who resides in Smithton, MO.

On March 8, 2013 in Sedalia, she was united in marriage to Forrest Dean Schlons, who resides in the home.

Justine was a 1999 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She previously worked for Missouri Press Metals as a Supervisor. Justine enjoyed listing to music and found comfort in the small things in life. She loved her children dearly and enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by two children, Kasen and Dixie Rose of the home; a sister, Mary Spalding (McKinney) and wife Amber of Florence, MO; a brother, Yancey McKinney of Sedalia; and grandmother, Dora Snider of Springfield, IL.

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at Crown Hill Cemetery with Reverend Candace Fowler officiating.

Pallbearers will be family.
