Jevan Todd Neale, 15, of Sedalia passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016 at his home in Sedalia. He was born on September 17, 2001 in Clinton, MO the son of Matthew Scott Neale of the home and Robin Michelle (Smith) Hutchens, who resides in Buffalo, MO.
Jevan was a freshman at Smith-Cotton High School where he was active in football, wrestling and JROTC. He enjoyed fishing, shooting guns, playing XBox and spending time with his family and friends.
Besides his parents, he is also survived by two brothers, Brandon Neale of the home and Andru Neale of Buffalo, MO; two sisters, Savannah Neale and Brooklyn Neale both of Lawson, MO; Paternal grandparents, Bill and Susan Boyd of Clinton, MO and Robert Neale of Lebanon, MO; Maternal grandparents, Ronnie and Valorie Smith of Lexington, MO; Paternal great grandmother, Anna Kirk of Clinton, MO; step mother, Stephanie Neale of Lawson, MO; step father, Jon Hutchens; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Smith-Cotton High School Gymnasium, Sedalia with Royal Peterson officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the school.
Honorary bearers will be Brody Kindle, Younger Layton, Zane Elwell, Justin Osburn, Jared Brown, Colton Zerilli, Joseph Lofland, Tyler Matson and Corbin Jarrett.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
