Obituary For Jesse Cole Vannoy

Jesse Cole Vannoy, 40, of Sweet Springs, MO, formerly of Warrensburg, MO, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at his home. He was born on December 20, 1982, in Sedalia, MO, the son of Donald Wayne Vannoy, who preceded him in death, and Cynthia (Carver) and Mark Limback, who resides in Warsaw, MO.

On July 14, 2007, in Fayetteville, MO, he was united in marriage to Chastity N. Bechold, who resides in Liberty, MO.

Jesse worked as an over-the-road truck driver and a diesel mechanic. He loved hunting, fishing, and music. He had a very big heart and always considered himself to be an outlaw. Jesse was born to be a musician and was a self-taught guitarist and songwriter.

In addition to his mother and step-dad, Jesse is survived by a daughter, Josephine Vannoy; a son Jaden Taylor; two stepchildren, Justice and Logan; a sister, Carly Hovendick (Andrew) of Lincoln, MO; two half-sisters, Lisa Gayle and Shelia Vannoy, of Sedalia; a step-brother, John Limback, of Florida; and a step-sister, Mary Limback-Hyer, of Kansas City, MO; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

In addition to his father, Jesse was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 2023, at First Baptist Church, Sweet Springs, MO.

Burial will be at will be held at Green Ridge Cemetery, Green Ridge, MO.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
