Jeannie Ann Collier, 55, of Sedalia. MO, passed away Monday, March 13, 2017 at her home. She was born on May 26, 1961 in Sedalia, the daughter of Bert and Velma (Kindle) Collier. She worked for the Blue Demon Company in Sedalia and was the "shop mom." She made sandwiches and cared for everyone. She liked to go to the casinos and play bingo. She dearly loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She loved all her family and will be greatly missed.
Besides her mother, Velma, she is survived be her three children, Misty Fox (Scott) of Sedalia, Clinton Shoemaker (Jennifer) of Mora, and Joe Shoemaker (Bethany) of Smithton; her sisters Kelly Miller (Chris) and Pamela Snyder (Gary), both of Sedalia; her special friend Kirt Salmons; nine grandchildren, Savannah, Samantha, Shania, Clayton, Seth, Lacey, Madi, Sara, and Payten; one great grandson, Colby; and one on the way.
She was preceded in death her father, Bert Collier.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, March 17, 2017 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, with Rev. Corbett Martin officiating.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, March 17, 2017 at Rea Funeral Chapel.
Burial will be at a later date at La Monte Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
