Obituary For Gaye Carol McBride

Gaye Carol McBride, 73, of Sedalia, MO passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Fair View Nursing Home in Sedalia. She was born on July 22, 1946 in Hindman, KY, the daughter of Green and Carrie (Gayheart) Conley, who preceded her in death.

On April 4, 1964 she was united in marriage to Thomas Harry Thomas, who preceded her in death.

Gaye enjoy fishing and going to Kansas City to the River Boat. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Gaye was a true believer in Jesus and put her faith in God.

Survivors include two children, Harry L. Thomas (Amy) of Concordia and Cassandra G. Reece (Mark) of Hughesville; two brothers, Gerald Conley (Joanne) of Mountain View, MO, and Thomas(Pete) Conley of Willow Springs, MO; two sisters, Darlene Conley Anderson (Larry) of Samoa, NJ, and Charlotte Conley Rosesing of Atco, NJ; twelve grandchildren, Amber, Angel, Laura, Ashley, Daniel, Cody, Kira, Amber, Keeper, Dylan, Lacey, and Tristen; 29 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Drannon Conley, Hall Conley, Billie Ray Conley, and Jonas Conley; two sisters, Ruby Hunter and Dovie Doerich.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, MO with Rev. Dan Hankins officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service time.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
