Francis Sprinkle

Francis Darrell Sprinkle, 77, of La Monte, MO, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 at his home, He was born on January 8, 1937, a son of Francis and Mable (Finley) Sprinkle.

On April 7, 1959 at Bridal Cave in Camdenton, MO, he was united in marriage to Darlene Kay Atkin, who survives of the home.

Francis owned and operated Sprinkle’s Welding and Repair Shop in La Monte for many years.

Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Tony Sprinkle of Columbia; two daughters, Chris Jamison (Phil) of Macks Creek, MO; and Joyce Bruecher (Paul) of Sedalia; three sisters, Alleen Glidewell of Mobile, AL, Pauline Fisher of Raytown, MO, and Carolyn McMahon (Joe) of Olathe, KS; and five grandchildren, Anthony Jamison, Kenny Jamison, Cora Sprinkle, Calvin Bruecher, and Justin Bruecher.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Betty Eckhoff.

A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at La Monte Baptist Church.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Bothwell Hospice in care of the family.
