Frances Jean Lucas

Frances Jean Lucas, 85, of Sedalia passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. She was born on December 10, 1932 in Otterville, MO the daughter of Bill and Lottie Burford, who preceded her in death.

She married Marion Lucas on November 26, 1984, who resides of the home. She is also survived by her children, Denise Cockriel, Tammi Frazer, Russell Gilmore, Michael Gilmore, Melanie Martin and Mitch Lucas; 14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and her beloved pets, Doodle, FeFe and Peso.

Fran's last request that no viewing or services be held.

Fran's lifelong love and commitment to animals was known to all, therefore, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Sedalia Animal Shelter in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
