Elva "Trudy" Mcneeley

Elva Gertrude "Trudy" McNeeley, 78, of Marshall passed away Monday March 6, 2017 at her home. She was born on May 25, 1938 in Skidmore, MO the daughter of Wilmer Dean Gaddy, who preceded her in death and Helen Maudine (McIntosh) Olsen, who resides in Omaha, NE.

On February 14, 1959 in St. Joseph, MO she was united in marriage to Robert Dale McNeeley, who preceded her in death on April 21, 1986.

Elva was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Marshall, MO. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time at home with her family. Her hobbies include gardening, baking, sewing, and caring for her many pets.

In addition to her mother, she is also survived by six sons, Raymond, Gordon, Terry, Chris, Jeff and Todd; two daughters, Cindy and Connie; 21 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; five brothers; a sister; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2017 at Rea Funeral Chapel with Father Tom Alber officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.

Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her six sons.

Memorial contributions may be made to a local Animal Shelter.
