Edward L. Clark, 90, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on April 10, 2025, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. He was born on December 31, 1934, in Sedalia, MO, the son of Elmer and Mary Jane Clark, who preceded him in death.

On September 9, 1977, in Marshall, MO, he was united in marriage to Sharon Kaye Brownfield, who resides in the home.

Eddie served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He was a firefighter for Sedalia for almost 22 years. He built houses with his brothers for several years. Eddie enjoyed coon dog and deer hunting, fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his family.

Besides his wife, Sharon, Eddie was survived by two sons, David Cramer and his wife Ruth Ann, Michael Clark and his wife Shirley; two daughters, Jeannie and Cindy; grandchildren, Eddie and his wife Victoria, Lucas, Josh, Adam, and Jacob; a brother, Walter Clark and his wife Frances; and several other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Besides his parents, Eddie is preceded in death by a sister, Marguerite Pirtle; and four brothers, James Elmer Clark, Leon Clark, Don Clark, and Dilbert Clark.

A celebration of life gathering with family and friends will be held on Thursday, April 17, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.

A private family burial will be held at a later date at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia.

Honorary bearers will be David Cramer, Lucas Cramer, Edward Cramer, and Walter Clark.

Memorial contributions may be made to Donor's Choice in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
