Dwayne Lee Woolston, 64, of Sedalia, MO passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019 at his home. He was born on August 1, 1954 in Marceline, MO the son of Dale and Edna (Coram) Woolston.
On February 11, 1997 in Sedalia, he was united in marriage to Melva Jane Guilford, who survives of the home.
Dwayne was a graduate of Salisbury High School. He worked in the parts department of Crown Power and Equipment for several years. He was a avid fan of the KC Chiefs, MIZZU Tigers, and the KC Royals. He enjoyed going crappie fishing at Spring Fork and Clover Dell Lakes. He liked to watch FOX News and talk about politics. He especially loved spending time with the grandkids.
Besides his wife of twenty-one years, survivors include his father, Dale Woolston and step-mother Pat of Warsaw, MO; son Shawn Woolston of Sedalia; stepson Tommy Yung (Tammy) of Glasgow, MO; step-daughters Sarah Yung of Sedalia and Annette Lewis of Vivian, LA; brother Rick Woolston of Rolla, MO; sister Rhonda Mumm (Jim) of Green Wood, MO; seven grandchildren, Hannah May, Chase Lewis, Zachary Lewis, Dustyn Yung, Dillon Yung, Devyn Yung, and Dawson Yung; and one great-granddaughter, Addison Lewis.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Martin and infant sister, Linda Woolston.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
