Donna Marie Weston

Donna Marie Weston, 77, of Sedalia, MO, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at her home in Sedalia. She was born on July 13, 1945, in Los Angeles, CA, the daughter of Donald Powell and Mary F. Darnell, who preceded her in death.

Donna lived in Costa Mesa, CA, for several years, working as an interior designer. She moved to Sedalia in 1996 to be closer to her mother. Donna retired as the president of the Bothwell Employees Credit Union after many years of service. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and watching Korean movies in her free time. She was deeply devoted to her mother and son.

Donna is survived by her son, Alex Rodriguera; a brother, Lance Powell; and a niece, Jenifer Grillo.

A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022, at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, with pastor Rodney Brown officiating.

The family will accept friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.
