Donna Lee Harrison, 80, of Sedalia, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home, Cole Camp.
She was born on March 12, 1933, in Jefferson City, MO a daughter of Noah C. Harrison, Sr. and Pauline J. Rogers.
Donna worked for 3rd National Bank for 34 years as an Administrative Assistant. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women in Sedalia, where she served on several committees and was named 1989 - 90 Woman of the Year. She enjoyed oil painting, scrapbooking and all kinds of arts and crafts. One of her favorite past times was watching and ordering from QVC. Getting together with family for a big Christmas with a lot of presents was her favorite time of year.
She is survived by two sisters, Judith Butts, of Springfield, MO and Linda (David) Murray of Bullhead, AZ; two brothers, Michael (Patricia) Harrison, of Sedalia and Robert (Margaret) Harrison, of Clarksville, TN.; many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jacqueline McDonald and a brother, Noah C. Harrison, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia with Rev. Jim Downing officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Chad Harrison, James McFatrich, David Woolery, Tyler Shepard, Jeremy Reed and Randy Smith.
Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Bothwell Hospice in care of the funeral chapel.
