Cynthia Sanchez

Cynthia Ann Sanchez, 51, of Rawlins, WY, formerly of Sedalia, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014, as a result of an auto accident in Rawlins, WY. She was born on May 24, 1963, a daughter of Thomas Dean Hockaday, Sr. and Savada Ann Simmons, who preceded her in death.Cynthia enjoyed fishing and writing poetry. She especially loved singing and playing the tambourine.

She is survived by two sisters, Kimberly Tubbs (Walter) of Sedalia and Katrina Faulkner also of Sedalia; one brother Thomas Dean Hockaday, Jr. of Green Ridge; and several nieces and nephews.

Beside her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, George and Martha LeBuege; paternal grandfather, Bill Hockaday and paternal grandmother, Beryl Hockaday.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia with Rev. Ed Broyles officiating.
