Connie A. Appleberry

Connie A. Appleberry, 63, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at her home in Sedalia. She was born on September 22, 1959, in Port Hueneme, CA, the daughter of Leo Pearl Williams and Dorothy Jewell (Homan) Williams, who preceded her in death.

In June of 1987, in Sedalia, MO, she was united in marriage to Gary Appleberry, who resides in Boonville, MO.

Connie worked at Banquet Foods in Marshall and Missouri, Press Metals in Sedalia, and as a Forklift Driver at Hayes Wheels for many years. She was an avid Denver Broncos fan. She enjoyed crafting, fishing, and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include a daughter, Kala Goff (Jason) of Olathe, KS; two grandchildren, Haley and Jace; two sisters, Mari Asbury and Barb Williams, both of Sedalia; two nieces, Ashley Roberts (Austin), Ericka Asbury; three nephews, Josh Asbury, Nic Asbury (Allison), and Zach Williams; and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by one sister, Faye Roberts.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Highland Sacred Gardens, with Josh Asbury officiating.

Pallbearers will be Josh Asbury, Zach Williams, Nic Asbury, Corey Evans, R.J. Asbury, and Elijah Roberts.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Center for Human Services in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
