Charles Edward Williams

Charles Edward Williams, 80, of Otterville, MO passed away Saturday, July 4, 2020 at his home. He was born on April 2, 1940 in Gladden, MO the son of James and Goldie (Leonard) Williams, who both have preceded him in death.

On August 26, 1961 at Otterville Baptist Church, he was united in marriage to Ella Bird, who survives of the home.

Charles enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, David Williams of Jefferson City, MO and Manuel Williams; three daughters, Abby Williams of Otterville, MO, and Nancy Denton (Eric) of Pilot Grove, MO; one brother, Andy Williams; two sisters, Ellen Styles (Bill) of Sedalia, MO, and Margaret Moon of DeSoto, MO; two grandchildren, Brandon Williams and Tia Williams; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a son, James G. Williams at birth on January 23, 1962 and his daughter-in-law, Kim Williams.

A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held from 3 pm - 5 pm Friday, July 10, 2020 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia, MO.
