Obituary For Brian Wade Landon

Brian Wade Landon, 51, of Sedalia, MO passed away peacefully Friday, January 29, 2021 at his home. He was born on October 20, 1969 in Sedalia, the son of Donald R. Landon, who preceded him in death, and Margie S. (Wombles) Landon, who resides in Sedalia.

On June 30, 2004 in Sedalia, MO he was united in marriage to Elizabeth "Libby" A. Pfeiffer, who resides in the home.

Brian worked for Zephyr Manufacture in Sedalia for many years. He enjoyed going fishing and especially loved working in his wood shop at home. Brian loved restoring and making wood furniture for his family and friends. He loved spending time with his dogs, "Bee" and "Small Fry".

In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by three brothers, Michael R. Landon (Marcy) of Sedalia; Donald R. Landon, Jr. (Polly) of New York, and Aaron J. Landon (Joanne) of Sedalia; several nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law, Fred Pfeiffer, Jr. of Knob Noster; a sister-in-law, Jennifer Parker (J.D.) of Sedalia; and his mother and father-in-law, Fred and Betty Pfeiffer of Sedalia.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Sue Landon; and his beloved paternal grandparents, Daniel P. and Mary L. Landon.

A Celebration of Life gathering of family and friends will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
