Anton Zaikin, 21, of Denver, CO, formerly of Sedalia, passed away. He was born on March 5, 2003, in the city of Shakhtars'k, Ukraine. He was the long-awaited first son of Vladimir V. Zaikin and Tatiana M. Kozlova, who reside in Sedalia. From his earliest days until the end of his life, Anton grew up in the love and care of his parents. He was a cheerful and mischievous child from childhood, and his bright smile was his main feature.
For his grandmother Svetlana and grandfather Vladimir, he was the first and especially beloved grandson. Anton loved his brothers and younger sister very much and was attentive to them. He always listened to the advice and words of his parents.
Anton always had a special attraction to electronics and cars, and recently he started doing video shooting and editing video clips for advertising. He loved his work very much and took it seriously and responsibly. He always found common ground with others very easily and tried to be a good friend.
Since childhood, Anton was in the church, sang in the children's choir, attended Sunday School, and as he grew into youth, he participated in serving in the church. Anton was always eager to go to church. In 2023, he was baptized, and on September 16th of the same year, he married Emma Berezhkova, spending a short but joyful time of married life.
On April 23, 2024, under tragic circumstances, Anton passed away. Anton will forever remain in our memory and in our hearts as an obedient son, a kind and cheerful elder, brother, and a loving and caring husband.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Word of Life Church, 3851 South Park Ave, Sedalia.
The burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia, MO.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
