Obituary For Anita Louise Aschenbrenner

Anita Louise Aschenbrenner, 63, of Sedalia, MO passed away Thursday, April 15, 2021 at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia, MO. She was born on January 31, 1958 in St. Louis, MO the daughter of George and Ameranth (Brice) Francis, who have preceded her in death.

On June 27, 1992 in St. Louis, MO she was united in marriage to Steven Aschenbrenner, who has preceded her in death.

She loves St. Louis sports teams, specifically the Blues and Cardinals. Anita spent her quiet time reading and was a Stephen King connoisseur. She even named her Corgi after Stephen Kings Corgi, "Marlowe". Anita lived for music and supported live local bands.

She is survived by a son, George Francis Aschenbrenner of Chicago, IL; a daughter, Amy Louise Pulliam-Pawli (York-Aschenbrenner) of Sedalia; two brothers, George Francis (Karen) and Charles Francis (Kathy); a sister, Christine Francis (Dawn) all of St. Louis, MO; four grandchildren, Michala Pulliam, Zachary Pulliam, Morgynn Pawli and McKenna Pawli; and one great grandchild, Senya Pulliam.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions are suggested to The American Cancer Society in care of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.

    I was so sorry to hear of Anita's passing. She was such a wonderful person who was so proud of her family and enjoyed talking about all their accomplishments. She had a heart of gold and will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting, and knowing, her. My deepest condolences go out to her family. May God bless you with the strength to get through this difficult time.
