Tanya Trimnal OBIT PHOTOTanya Dee Trimnal, 45, of Sedalia passed away October 6, 2016 at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center in Sedalia, MO.  She was born on October 25, 1970 in Sedalia, MO the daughter of Donald Gene  and Irma Lee (Schnakenberg) Wood, who survive in Sedalia.

On November 12, 1994 in Sedalia she was united in marriage to Troy W. Trimnal, of Phoenix, AZ.

Tanya was a 1989 graduate of Smith-Cotton High School. She was a 1991 graduate of State Fair Community College receive Associates degree. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church where she was baptized and confirmed by Pastor Ronald Hoehne. She worked as a Civil Service executive secretary at Whiteman Air Force Base. Tanya enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. She had a smile that would bring a smile to everyone’s face. She loved to travel in Europe, Poland, Germany, Rome and Paris. Tanya especially loved being a mom and going to all of her childrens’ school and sporting activities.

Besides her parents, she is also survived by two sons, Dalton Cory Trimnal of Sedalia and Ryan Peyton Trimnal of Phoenix, AZ; a daughter, Alexa Joan Trimnal of Sedalia; a paternal  grandmother, Ruth Virginia Craig of Cole Camp.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Robert Craig; maternal grandparents Norman and Lillie Schnakenberg.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 10, 2016 at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Sedalia, with Pastors Chris Kellogg and Andrew Tessone officiating.

A family visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Sedalia.

Pallbearers will be Kenny Harrison, Quinten Harrison, Carey Walk,  Dillon Stocking, Robert Shearer, Kevin Shearer, and Tony Weathers.

Honorary bearers will be Cris Collins, Linda Davis, Julie Hamilton, Lisa Harding, Tammy Martin, Christina Phillips, Tammy Schrader, and Kathy Tumlinson.

Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice, Our Savior Lutheran Church or to a charity of the donors choice in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
