Obituary For Vera Louise Hayworth

Vera Louise Hayworth, 87, of Bigelow, MO, formerly of Green Ridge, MO, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, MO. She was born on January 19, 1932, in Green Ridge, the daughter of Lloyd and Sula (Potter) Brown, who preceded her in death.

On May 28, 1950, in Otterville, MO she was united in marriage to William F. “Bill” Hayworth, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Darel (Brenda) Hayworth of Thackerville, OK; Terry (Misty) Hayworth of Big Lake, MO; two daughters, Rhonda (Leonard) Geiser of Silver Lake, KS and Pamela Lundblade (John Killin) Bigelow, MO; a sister, Elaine Bryson (Roy "Red) of Sedalia; three sisters-in-law, Carol Brown, Margaret Brown, and Mildred Peoples; 8 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Toni Kay; a granddaughter, Courtney Hayworth; and two brothers, Leroy Brown and Dale Brown.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, May 17, 2019, at Green Ridge Cemetery with Pastor Johnny Streit.

Pallbearers will be the grandchildren.

Honorary bearers will be the great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital, in memory of Courtney Hayworth.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
