Obituary For Pamela Sue Martin

Pamela Sue Martin, 63, of Columbia, formerly of Sedalia, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO. She was born on October 1, 1954 in Sedalia, a daughter of Joseph Imhauser, who preceded her in death and Rosann (Behrens) Saddler and her husband Henry Saddler, who reside in Sedalia.

On June 15, 1974 in Sedalia, she was united in marriage to Ronald F. Martin who preceded her in death on April 5, 2002.

Ms. Martin was a 1972 graduate of Smith Cotton High School. She worked for Dr. Bennett in Sedalia, MO for several years. While living in Columbia, MO she worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Pam is survived by two children, Chris Martin and wife Jeanna of Sedalia and Michelle Crookston and husband Todd of Independence, MO; three grandchildren, Alex Crookston, Lucas and Dylan Martin; two brothers, Ronald Imhauser and his wife Judy of Lowell, AR, Dean Saddler of Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Janice Trautmann of Sedalia, Nan Kiesel and Mike of Ballwin, MO; several nieces and nephews; and her companion of 14 years, Dennis Mueller of Columbia.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 a.m Friday, September 7, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Mark Miller, C.PP.S. officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Rea Funeral Chapel with a Rosary being said at 6:00 p.m.

Burial will be at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville.

Pallbearers will be Dean Saddler, Clint Trautmann, Nick Imhauser, and Mike Kiesel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family, to go towards a veterans organization to be named at a later date, in care of the funeral home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
