Elizabeth Josephine (Betty) Darrah

Elizabeth Josephine (Betty) Darrah, 80, of Sedalia, MO, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at her home. She was born on September 2, 1939 in Spring Fork, MO, the daughter of Roy A. Ronspiez and Goldie (Mittl) Ronspiez, who preceded her in death.

On November 21, 1959 in Sedalia, MO she was united in marriage to William T Darrah, who resides in Sedalia.

Betty always put others before herself. She was a very loving mother and grandmother with a kind and gentle soul. Betty enjoyed flower gardening and being outside in her yard.

Survivors include three children, Linda Grandfield (Joe) of Sedalia, Laura Martin (David) of La Monte, and Thomas Darrah (Michelle Hendricks) of Sedalia; six grandchildren, Amy, Chris, Casey, Jeff, Ambur, and Damien; 10 great grandchildren, Gavin, Ryan, Michael, Joshua, Ein, Tessa, Shelby, Logan, Edwurd, and Braxton; one brother, Bob Ronspiez of Sedalia; one niece, Cindy Martensen (Rex); and two nephews, Bobby and Michael.

A private family graveside service will be held at Spring Fork Cemetery with Deacon Turf Martin officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.
